We offer a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a queen sized pull out on the bottom level and 1 bathroom. Washer - Dryer is located in the utility closet which is a shared space with one other unit.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Respect Check-in and Check-out Times: Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times listed in your reservation. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance. Keep the Space Tidy: During your stay, please maintain the cleanliness of the space. Upon check-out, kindly place all trash in the designated garbage bins. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the number listed in your booking. Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Lock Doors & Windows: For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Parking: Use only the designated parking areas.
